Great product and customer service!

I usually don’t take the time to write any reviews about produces I buy on Google but my experience with this product was so good that I have to. First of all, I sent an email to the seller asking if they could expedite shipments since it was initially supposed to arrive 3 weeks from the moment I bought it. The seller answered in less than a day and was able to accommodate my request, the product arrived in less than 3 days. Great customer service. The box arrived in perfect condition and the door looks even better than in the pictures. Installation was not that difficult either. I highly recommend this product.

Terrible instructions and customer support...

Limited installation information provided in the description and instructions are also inadequate. Difficult to figure out if you aren't a contractor. BUYER BEWARE!!! If you need to return, you will need to pay return shipping which will be close to $200!!. Update: Have had a conversation ongoing with customer service...they have asked very strange questions, "...please explain fiberglass shower surround" and "please explain wall stud",,, really?!?!?!

Quality door, looks great!

The 32" bi-fold door looks fantastic and is high quality. Installed by myself, I'm not a professional. My opening is 32 3/8 and I ordered the 32" door, which was slightly short even when I expanded it to the max. I just added a small piece of trim to my opening and it works. Everyone loves the look in my tiled shower. I highly recommend this door.

Terrible return policy!

I bought this item at the end of Jan and it was delivered in Feb. my house had a fire and has been completely rebuilt from the studs up. It’s been sitting in a box waiting to be installed and low and behold it doesn’t fit and now I’m past the return window and am stuck! $385 down the drain.
